Certain employees think they're indispensible, so management is working through some personnel concerns with the "culture" left over from the past. Mid-level mgt is approachable and concerned , as they really do want to improve the experience at this location. I look forward to returning. ✔️

It save the kids's life thats in the hospital dying i would save a kids life wheather it was plasma or blood i would give my heart 2 a kid that needs 1 if they r my type of blood i wouldnt like seein a kid pass away cuz they dont have enough stuff they need and the staff is really awesome and kind and really really nice i wouldnt go 2 another plasma center i would prefer this 1

The staff are lazy, the staff to patient ration is fucking horrible, been waiting for three fucking hours, two people are sticking people on the floor while old bitches who sit in the front on their lazy ass. GRIFFOLS IS SUPERIOR, hope this place gets shut down because no one working here deserves to keep their jobs especially when people are waiting hours to donate when they can go to Griffols and walked out after 30 minutes tops!

Poor management. Their pay card rips donors off. Been waiting 3 weeks for for money to be put back on my card. Inside the center is a joke. Extremely slow process. You'd think there would be separate lines for new donors and return. But that would just be common sense.

Hello Tom, I’ve been donating for years. I came in today at the Terre Haute, Indiana location. Everything began as normal. Then there was a high pressure alarm I’d never seen. The attendant tried adjusting the needle, blood spattered on both of us but it began flowing again. Then a second time. This time she couldnt get it resolved. Second, senior attendant came over to adjust the needle and actually made it worse, so bad that I was in immediate pain.
