Today the Octapharma donation center forgot to acknowledge my donation of plasma. I returned to the center and was told that it would be taken care of today. PENDING Â
I am back again.it seems I am stupid enough to believe things change.they have the worst system on the planet here.45 people waiting and twenty empty beds.i am not exaggerating either. You should be in and out of donating plasma in a reasonable amount of time not four hours.this is a management issue.which means corporate is responsible for management issues.no respect for my time just as long as you can make moneyÂ
On my visit this past Saturday, I experienced an unnecessary and avoidable infatration by the floor supervisor on duty. Had she maintained her professionalism as management and trained phlebotomist, by staying focused and not being distracted by her conversation she had with her higher up, my donation would have went as smoothly as it normally does.
