Donovan in Quality Control will make sure the Nurse takes care of any Medical Issue's so you can return to Donating. On the Floor Jessica and Katelyn are always smiling and making your Visit an Enjoyable one. I highly recommend you allow Katelyn to be the Person who sticks you she gets the needle right inside the Vain so that you don't feel any Pain.

There are good staff members here then you have the ones that don't say anything to you. But my biggest concern is the ignorant clients that come in and curse and make threats toward employees. They should be deferred ASAP.. it's ridiculous and annoying at the same time. People be acting like somebody made them come there. Nothing going to be quick. If there understaffed of course you will be there 2 or more hours. Then it's always the same people then they sit there and get other ignorant people involved. Just some Damm i... read more
