Laquanda is always so nice and easy to deal w/ .. not just to myself but to all Octapharma donors .. She really helps to make it a very likeable environment/place to come ..
The workers are attentive and respectful. The environment is kept clean and my donations are seamless. Overall great experience 👍
It’s okay. They do their jobs and the workers are funny. The pay sucks though unfortunately. I was paid twice as much for donating where I used to. Helpful for occasional gas money.
Some of the employees are very unprofessional, gossips about donors and their private health information publicly amongst and to other people. They are treating people like commodities, not with humility and dignity. That type of behavior goes unchecked because management is part of the problem. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Staff is super nice and makes the whole experience pleasant!
