Don is very friendly every time I come in! We talk about our cats while he screens me for donation.
All the staff here are friendly, helpful, caring and process times are usually pretty fast. You start to feel like family here in council bluffs.
The staff is the best! always friendly and truly make the atmosphere fun and less anxious. They are quick and efficient so you are not there very long.
