I love the people at the site where I donate they’re on their toes and ready to help when you need it. I recently had an experience, where, at the end of my donation I wasn’t going well right away. The nurses on the floor came to my aid and help me in every way possible to feel better. I am very thankful for that.. I’d like them to know that I really appreciate it their help. I think you have an amazing team on the West Broadway location
Nice friendly people! The staff are amazing and always in a good mood! I’m definitely getting to know the people more and more and it feels more personal that way! I love love love Val, Arica, Don, Dylan and Erin. They truly make the experience fun and enjoyable. This is my favorite donation center. It’s good to feel right at home with the staff. This will forever be my spot to donate! Love, love, love! ❤️
They are INCREDIBLE. Professional, caring, efficient. I was afraid at first but they walked me through it. The staff is a delight and I almost look forward to donating now. (Don't care for needles but the staff are SOOOO great!) Plus it is a great cause helping people.
very nice staff, however they don’t change their gloves unless they get dirty. I didn’t see anybody change their gloves one time, but when i asked them to change gloves they did. also, staff was busy talking so i couldn’t alert them that i was infiltrating so now i have a big bruise (:
They have the best, most friendly staff on the planet! They all do such a great job and always make you feel welcome!
