Very patient and professional staff.
Staff is hardworking, not enough staff though, I had to wai 2 hours just to get a bed. It wasn'nt very busy so a 2 hour wait is rediculous. Gonna have to find a diffrrent center due to the wait time. Absolutly rediculious wait. Hire more people.
Literally I get one or two fast donations then I spend the next few months spending 3 hours here
I came here 9/18 at 6:05am. I was the first donor in line and first donor out. I left at 8:08am. I drove all the way to Grandview to a cvs where my card declined twice due to insufficient funds. I called the card service number and was advised there hasn’t been any deposit to the card since 9/15 and that the plasma center hadn’t sent my $75.
