Ā RecommendedGreat facility, felt safe, friendly staff. The only negative thing I can point out is the fact that there needs to be at LEAST 2 intake stations and I guess more dependable staff. One time this week they turned new donors away for the entire day because of staffing issues. And a few days later upon opening they told new donors they'd have to come back at 9. My daughter donates here often, but she had a terrible experience. and from past reviews on Google, I would say she isn't alone. The girl with long braids and black hair and thin, stuck her and it hurt more so this time. the girl asked if she was ok and my daughter said yeah but it hurt. the girl said she will check back with her later and never returned. the blood started backing up in her arm, causing a clot. if it wasn't for another tech noticing, idk what would of happened. i went there 3 times no problem then they said i had low protein i gave blood it took 4 wks for the dr to look at the blood and say its fine it took the nurse another 2 wks to get back to me to say ok i can donate again but because i hadnt been there in a month they were only gonna pay me the minimumĀ
at this place they're always having problems with their machines they open at 8am but never have enough people working to start on time if you are going yo go there be ready to be in there waiting and the lady supervisor wow what attitudesĀ
