Staff was rude and throwing a fit about people waiting in line. For no reason, they were also threatening that they were going to leave us here waiting so they could go have lunch. Making negative comments about the people who hired them, for choosing to staff them and not someone else. I stood there silently for an hour and a half. The line moved right along until they got to me. But when it was my turn, they literally smiled at me and walked away for 20 minutes. What kind of bullshit is this? They dont deserve a job at McD... read more

Staff is great but lacking support. Recently, I understand a decision was made to reduce the hours/staffing availability at this location, which has directly affected its customer base and has proven to be a significant dissastisfier. Upon until a couple of months ago, one could expect to spend approximately an hour and a half to be screened and complete their donation. Due to the staffing shortage this has now turned into approximately 2.5 to 3.0 hours, if in fact you're fortunate enough to arrive when the facility is op... read more

I waited in the screening line for at least an hour. They only had 1 person screening & running the lab, and 1 person doing plasma. I don't know how they think they can run a successful business with only 2 people working. Not to mention those 2 people that are working still have 2 take their breaks. So yes you guessed it. Everything is on hold until they get back. They are extremely short staffed. Not the employees fault at all! I was actually in line looking up other places to go because this short staffed waiting has been... read more

I would assume they provide free Wi-Fi so that you can use your cell phone and use the apps on your phone without burning up your data while you donate. They told me that I was not allowed to use mine though because I had to use voice to text. Well I have to use voice to text because my fingers are too big to click on the button sometimes and I have a hard time reading the screen. I noticed there's everybody else on their phone playing on their phone but I was the only one who was not allowed to use my phone. And when they t... read more

Way understaffed. Missed so many days with them closing due to staff shortages, I went down a tier. Usually they have only two people working the floor and two managers hiding in the office. The managers should at least cover the breaks and lunches so the customers don't have to sit and wait until they get back. I got there at 8am once and they were already taking a break. After he got back he had to do bottles. I was the only person in line and it took 40 minutes to finally get checked in.
