Great staff, clean environment, in and out.
The place is okay the wait times are sometimes slow. I like the people who work there brittany is my favorite
I had a question for the manager. I stood at the door and he literally stared at me and went back to typing on the computer. I stood there for at least 4 minutes while he look back and forth from me to the computer. Didn't once even acknowledge I was there or ask if I needed something. I wasn't just going to walk into the office, I patiently waited for him to address me and never did. I just ended up walking away. Pretty rude and unprofessional.
This place is the most unprofessional plasma center I been to..hour long waits just to be screened, no one is ever at the front desk to help and when you ask for help the staff give you attitudes..the manager is very incompetent and never has a full staff... after being screened you have to wait up to two hours just to be put on a bed because they only have one or maybe two ppl in the back hooking ppl up to the machine's.. between the long waits and the very unprofessional staff I do not recommend going here...
