Corporate you gotta do something else you will have to start paying more money if you keep taking 1000 from people you need to start paying at least $85 to people that has to give1000 when their levels is at 38 for the hematocrit and red blood cell count andtrying to take 1000 is ridiculous. You trying to kill somebody. Staff is amazing, but the pay is too low for what you’re doing
The only issue about the place is other plasma centers don't allow people too stand up while they are waiting too be screened. Sometimes it will make your heart rate go up or beat fast so when it's time the heart be beating fast and can't donate cause of it. But other than that the staff is great and it's always nice and clean. Keep up the good work.
The staff made me feel welcome and guided me through the whole process. Very clean environment and during the holidays the extra income really is worth it. If you don’t do it for the money you can save someone’s life today by just your time. How satisfying is that!
Am not able to donate was told by Doctor that I’m needing to get information from hospital records concerning more details about past heart surgeries one when I was born and other from around 9 years of age I spoke to Doctor about surgeries on first donation visit he recalled that he didn’t remember anything about it or he did not remember who I was I believe due to the presence of another individual in the room during this last visit suddenly everything was being done by “policy”
I recently had an experience with the receptionist that I found disappointing. Their behavior came across as unprofessional, which made the interaction less pleasant than I had hoped. I believe some improvement in customer service and communication would greatly enhance the experience for visitors.
