The only issue about the place is other plasma centers don't allow people too stand up while they are waiting too be screened. Sometimes it will make your heart rate go up or beat fast so when it's time the heart be beating fast and can't donate cause of it. But other than that the staff is great and it's always nice and clean. Keep up the good work.
The staff made me feel welcome and guided me through the whole process. Very clean environment and during the holidays the extra income really is worth it. If you don’t do it for the money you can save someone’s life today by just your time. How satisfying is that!
I recently had an experience with the receptionist that I found disappointing. Their behavior came across as unprofessional, which made the interaction less pleasant than I had hoped. I believe some improvement in customer service and communication would greatly enhance the experience for visitors.
Professional and welcoming they worked with me from start to finish Ms. Nina was extremely professional assisting me through the whole intake process and Ms. Michelle P who was my attending tech once I reached the donation area was amazing the I.V was painless she even gave me a little squishy ball to help in the pumping process thanks you ladies
Lovely experience everytime i come. Friendly staff always help put a great smile after visiting. Highly reccommended for donors to come have a great experience with this team! My favorite team, they are always on it!
