Very good with handling people and they got patience
Brianna, Shelby, & Christian mase my experience at Octapharma plasma very enjoyable. It was painless they were pleasant and very professional. Talking to them throughout the process made my trip even better. The wait wasn’t long and I was in and out. Shelby & Briana both educated me a little more in detail about the complete process and were very helpful.
The workers are very friendly and they keep the place clean. The waits not too long and the workers make you very comfortable while visiting.
Very disappointed today. What’s more important? They didn’t seem to care when I said it was hurting me. Then I got a hematoma. Restuck and still Burning. They just don’t care! Very disappointed. It sure if I will ever come back!
The place is EXTREMELY understaffed but don’t want to hire anyone with no experience. I’ve applied to this place at least 3 times because it’s clear they need the help. The only time you’re gonna be in an out is you’re the first one in line when the place open. If not, be prepared to sit there for over an hour waiting to get seated in a chair. I hate to have to write this but I feel it is necessary. I was deferred for 58 days because the center’s machine broke in the middle of my first cycle. I was informed by the person who attended me at the time that I would be able to return on my following donation day. I come on my usual next day to find out that I have been deferred for 2 months due to over 200mL of blood being taken from me and not being able to be returned.
