Every staff is nice. Everything in the building is clean and I never have no problems here!!! I love it here I’ll give it a 5 star for sure 💯 but for me it’s a 10/10 oh yeah JAY & HAYLEY stick me perfect all the time and the plus side is the reward on the app the more you go more points you get for a gift card love it😁😁😁
Was a great experience first time also second time, I highly recommend this location. From the greeter/security officer to the phlebotomist towards the end. Everyone was very accommodating, informative and knowledgeable. Made the process smooth and easy! Heather, Daria, Damian and Cheryl.
Clean and friendly environment staff members always make me laugh. There's this one lady who loves to try and sing lol I don't have the heart to tell her not to quit her day job. She really cracks me up. Needless to say we all have fun there. I leave there with a positive attitude. Ready to face the world 🌎 😌. Can't wait till my next visit
Jay Weber, Derek and others have always been extremely kind. Very professional. I have, however, a horrible time calling into the center and waiting way too long to get an answer via the phone. Recent closure said nothing regarding still being able to donate. (If I'm told your closed, your closed. This lead to other areas of concern being handled, hopefully.)
So long as you get there early (much less crowded), it is a fairly seamless process. Personable staff who know what they're doing. Would highly recommend. Pay out is great too!
