I've reviewed them on Google and do recommend them, but I really hope they get fully staffed soon. What used to take 1.5 to 2 hours max for a returning Donor is now trending to 2.5 to 3 hours!

Had a horrible experience. Belittled by the Nurse Practitioner who was very condescending and racist. She called me a ******..( used a racial slur) Rushed me and deferred me while failing to comply to Protocol. Her name is Veronica and I want her fired or I will take legal action.

I was there for 3.5 hrs just to be told I was 6 lb underweight and couldn't donate. If weight can disqualify you, why isn't it done at the beginning of the process? No way would I go back
