My blood pressure was 114. They give you 10 min to drop it below 100. The staff helped me calm myself down so well that it went to a 90! I love all the staff here and how helpful they are. Even when my iron has been low in the past they have materials with the best foods to eat and offer suggestions to eat healthier. I recommend 10/10 ❤️
Staff is always friendly, Bella and Mike and the rest, in the first process, to Sara, Yani, Yesi, Olivia and Shell that stick you are amazing. The floor always seems to run smoothest with Anthony on the floor, and he does engage with all the donors. I feel very safe with Sergio there. Very clean! Overall the staff there is very interacting and professional. I enjoy going there.
Always nice and the staff are always professional. Donating is easy depending on the time of day you can be in and out in an hour or so once passed the screening. The location is always clean and inciting. Some of the people go above and beyond what is neededinviting. For one is always a smiling face and up for a convo. I enjoy knowing im helping others and am thankful for Octapharma for providing a safe and secure location to donate.
I would like to give 20 stars to ANTHONY. When he is there, the whole process is a nice flow. Anthony takes the time to be welcoming to ALL as well as handle all the other tasks needed.. Bella, Mike and another name is escaping me are most fabulous on the front end processing getting us ready for the “stick”. Yesi, Sarah, Yani, Olivia, are most gentle and attentive to all recipients for the “stick”, all are pleasant and very caring.
