Staff is exceptionally kind. Very organized and helpful. My very first time took about 2.5 hours and was very thorough. This was my first experience with donating plasma at all and I am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I unfortunately became very dizzy, light headed, sweaty and nauseous 10 minutes into the pumping. Since I’d eaten and hydrated properly that day and night before I asked what went wrong. Terrible service no one doing intake been here since location opened at 8am line has barely moved it is now 10:15 and only 5 people have donated. Management isn’t able to manage… corporate needs a makeover with this place!!!

Terrific, efficient and cordial donation process. Polite, courteous and--most of all--competent personnel facilitates every single experience. Recent staffing shortages have contributed to longer than usual wait times, but I don't see what people are complaining for when most of my fellow clientele (presumably) have📱s with the 🛜. You won't ever hear me complaining. 👍 Highly recommended! 👏
