Terrific, efficient and cordial donation process. Polite, courteous and--most of all--competent personnel facilitates every single experience. Recent staffing shortages have contributed to longer than usual wait times, but I don't see what people are complaining for when most of my fellow clientele (presumably) have📱s with the 🛜. You won't ever hear me complaining. 👍 Highly recommended! 👏
My overall experience with octapharma plasma has always been nothing more than wonderful. The staff are very polite and do their job efficiently. Despite waiting depending on what time you're walking through the door, they are always accommodating. I highly recommend their center to anyone who wants to donate Plasma, or simply earn a little extra cash. Thank you Octapharma for making my experience simply the best. 🤗
Terrible service no one doing intake been here since location opened at 8am line has barely moved it is now 10:15 and only 5 people have donated. Management isn’t able to manage… corporate needs a makeover with this place!!!
Came in this place at 9am it's 3:18 pm now line is not moving and the slow lady just clock out with this long line leaving only one person to screen us smdh last 30min she spent that time talking to other employees. Dad just plan sad. Zero stars..... Head lady is in her office n still waiting. This will be my last time coming to this plasma center. And if I could I would not give them one star!!today is Saturday 27th it's 3:26 pm .
I wanted to rate 5 stars but here's why I couldn't ! Positive first ,I get called by my first day so I don't feel like cattle like I was made to feel at CSL ! The staff is extremely friendly ,professional , respectful and makes sure I am ok while donating that's important to me ! This is a big negative for me , short staff issues makes the process extremely hard not just as a donor but as your companies working staff members they have to work 3 times as hard and probably are not compensated for as they should be and it is h... read more
