Terrific, efficient and cordial donation process. Polite, courteous and--most of all--competent personnel facilitates every single experience. Recent staffing shortages have contributed to longer than usual wait times, but I don't see what people are complaining for when most of my fellow clientele (presumably) have📱s with the 🛜. You won't ever hear me complaining. 👍 Highly recommended! 👏

This is my first time here, previously went to CSL which that location closed. Walking in to this center was not very welcoming, no direction of where or what to do. Everything is pretty open, not much privacy where as at CSL I feel like there was more privacy for donors. From the questionnaire on the tablet when you walk in to the actual donation process. Very very slow processing.. this was my second and last time here. Every other day they close early or take only ten people. Everyone thats in line let's someone cut them. Or they keep leaving the line to go.outside to smoke their cigs and then come back in line where they were before. I think there needs to be a security guard here controlling that situation. The process would run smoother if someone was regulating the donor line.

My overall experience with octapharma plasma has always been nothing more than wonderful. The staff are very polite and do their job efficiently. Despite waiting depending on what time you're walking through the door, they are always accommodating. I highly recommend their center to anyone who wants to donate Plasma, or simply earn a little extra cash. Thank you Octapharma for making my experience simply the best. 🤗

Terrible service no one doing intake been here since location opened at 8am line has barely moved it is now 10:15 and only 5 people have donated. Management isn’t able to manage… corporate needs a makeover with this place!!!
