My experience was beyond expectations. Not only was the front desk staff friendly and helpful, but the medical staff was patient, thorough and encouraging. The doctor performing my “procedure,” spoke to me as well so I won’t be meeting a stranger next visit. She was also thorough and patiently answered my questions.
Dr. K is the worst nuerologist I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. He’s dismissive to requests made by patients, ignores when they mention how they feel or how things are affecting them. He pushes his personal beliefs onto patients to the point it’s uncomfortable and beyond unnecessary.
I have been a patient at Ocala Family Medical Center for 25 years. The staff is top notch. I never have a long wait and they have expanded their services which save me from having to go to several offices, around town, for appointments.
Dr Cruz and his staff was kind, thoughtful, and skilled. Rare to have a physician and nurses listen and be attentive and not treat a patient like an inconvenience.
Staff are very knowledgeable. However it seems they are in big hurry all the time. Can’t even get my whole complaint out before they leave the room The nurse practitioner are wonderful Karen Larson has saved me multiple times. The people in billing are horrible and very demanding to the point we had to go into office to work out the issue. Have been coming here for over 11 years and I have noticed a change in the staff. And it’s not in a good way.
