I cannot say enough about Natesha Vaillancourt!!!!! I have been in Ocala for three years, and I have flown to Tennessee to go to my old doctor for fear of changing. I I am so elated Natesha has wonderful energy and bedside manner and she’s gentle and she doesn’t hurt you. I had a great experience with Dr. Cruz. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, provided a clear diagnosis, and discussed my treatment options. His approach was both thorough and compassionate, and I felt confident in the care I received. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with pain!
It is a great place, the front desk staff greets you nicely. Me personally, every time that I go is a positive experience. Its all in one place. diverse array of services like X-rays, blood work, therapy, cardiologist etc. My provider Sarah Yannone is great, don't rush you and listen to what you have to say.
OFMC is awesome. The medical staff are all professional and knowledgeable. They have providers for all types of medical care. They have an in-house lab with x-ray and ultrasound. It’s easy to get appointments and with the patient portal you can check appointments and leave messages which are answered quickly. I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem with Ocala Family Medical Center. I highly recommend OFMC.
I have been a patient at OFMC for many years and see several of the specialists and have been mostly satisfied with the care I have received. Laurel Bryant is wonderful. My biggest complaint is with the web portal. 99% of the time when I log in it spends several minutes trying to receive my lab results only to fail. The portal is typically very slow.
