My husband and I share as our primary Nicole Dumont. Nicole is very thorough and spends the needed time with us without rushing. She is great! I also see Matt and Dr Cruz for knee issues. I have had life changing results on my knees and I am grateful!! All at OFMC are professional and kind. I love all the pictures that adorn the halls. A definite improvement is needed with the guest internet.
Referred to Dr Cruz for my medical needs. The nurses and staff were very supportive and helpful. Great interactions. Dr. Cruz was a very thorough physician who explained everything. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. We work on my plan of treatment and agreed on the actions.
I had an MRI and just had a CT Scan and this place is amazing. The Tech explained to me exactly what was going to happen. So it made it so much easier to relax. And all she said happen. Great place.
I needed a second opinion from my PCP Tyler Lindsey concerning a couple of surgical procedures that I was told I needed by a specialist. I only thought I needed 5 minutes with him but he spent way more than that going through the options with me and as always was so thorough, such that at the end of our appointment I had a much better appreciation of what or did not need to be done. I am so pleased to have him as my PCP!
Everyone is always so kind and professional during my visits and my mother's. We have both been put at ease by all the staff at all the offices. We feel like family.
