They did an awesome job! Chris was my physical therapist and he really knows his stuff. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my treatment. The front desk staff was great too. They called me several times to let me know when appointment times were available. I would definitely recommend this place for physical therapy!
It was my first time at the OFMC Wellness Center and I was treated very nice. Everybody were very kind, nice and made me feel welcomed. I met Karla 🇵🇷, who treated me with kindness, courtesy and very professional. She went above and beyond and explain everything in a very clear and professional way. Melissa Formella has always been very knowledgeable and listens to me. I've gone to her numerous years and have never had a complaint. She's very thorough. Her staff is great also.
Dr Batista and here staff are amazing! Caring, timely, friendly, thorough. As busy as they were they found time to squeeze me in for a steroid injection. I have never received medical care as good as this. They have restored my confidence level with health care. I’m just grateful that there are some medical facilities that still exist with care and integrity. Thank you Dr. Batista and your staff!
Very good experience with the physical therapy team members. They addressed all my concerns appropriately and initiated a plan that made sense considering my complaint. Shakila was so personable and easy to talk with. Lisa was informative and demonstrated my routines, making sure I understood them fully. I left feeling confident that I will be in good hands, had a functional plan of care, and my care team really listened.
