Excellent job! Except for the suprise warranty. Told to us it was a lifetime warranty and really it is only a 1 year warranty with fees.

I would just like to finally say my job is COMPLETE! Chase and crew came out to work on my basement and finished on 5/25/23 all of the gentlemen were all very nice, happy and extremely respectful to my house and I while here these past few days. A little miss communication with the install of the glass block windows. BUT. Chase and his manager i think, Mike made it happen for me and quick! thank you! thank you! thank you! Excellent crew did job quickly and did everything that was discussed before the install highly recommend

****** and his crew did an excellent job inside and outside during the 5 days that were on site. ****** was very courteous and asked me every day if I had any questions or comments. ****** also went over what was done after each day and if I was completely satisfied. I would recommend OSW services to anyone who has issues with their basement.
