We were scheduled for our job for June 29th. Crew was able to get us in over a month early and completed our job within 2 days. Staff explained everything and did a great job finishing the work.

After I called Ohio State Waterproofing and after the salesman explained to me about the mold and show a video, I realized the importance to fix my basement. The company sent an excellent crew composed of 5 guys. When they arrived the first day I was showing ******* (the *******)and **** each room in the basement, they explained to me step by step of what they will be doing. Ohio State Waterproofing did absolutely amazing Construction in my basement and finished in only 3 days. *INSIDE &OUTSIDE* I sure Can say Im glad Ohio State did my basement BUT, more greatful of the group of gentleman here led by a wonderful boss chase. Cant thank all of them enough for talking with me and making me feel like I was welcome into knowing what they were doing to my home. Thanks again to you all.

***** was a fabulous fore-person; he and his crew not only did a thorough job of waterproofing our basement, but he explained everything to me and showed me step by step what they were doing (as I had requested). I must also mention that I had to fire the first fore they sent out (******) for his total unwillingness to communicate with me and for other issues.
