**** and his crew did fantastic work. They explained everything in detail and walked me through every step they took. They answered all the questions that were asked in a manor that I understood. **** and his crew were also polite and punctual. They worked extremely hard but did not take any short cuts. ***** leadership with his crew was present every step of the way. I was very pleased with every step of the project.

Work crew was exceptional. Hardest working people I’ve seen. ****** and ****** really know how to run a crew, very well organized and they cleaned up the worksite very well. Only reason for 3 star is an issue we had with their electrician. He quoted us $500 for one 220v dedicated outlet for the sump pump, which also needed a permit. Spoke with building department and was advised no permit is required for an outlet. Also spoke to another electrician and was quoted $200 for the install of a dedicated 110v outlet. The company is very professional. The team who completed our work was a great group of guys. They were on time and did the job well. Everything was explained to me throughout the process and they did a great job with the clean up phase. I would recommend OSW to anyone who needs waterproofing done.

Excellent job! Except for the suprise warranty. Told to us it was a lifetime warranty and really it is only a 1 year warranty with fees.
