Waterproofing My basement would ??spring a leak? every time a drop of rain would fall. My house was quickly being destroyed by water intrusion into my basement. Ohio State Waterproofing was in and out in three days! They treated my property well and tried very hard to keep my basement and its contents neat and protected. The first rain resulted in three drops of water coming in on a pipe below ground. I called the warranty department and a supervisor responded that day, and without prompting arranged for additional work to be done. Since then the only water to hit my basement floor has been whatever gets spilled from a sippy cup while my children play in a clean and dry space. I was a skeptic at first, but the service and warranty have been worth every penny! Thanks.

Professional and Prompt Service We bought a house 2 years ago that had used Ohio State Waterproofing almost 30 years earlier. When we had a very rainy spring, we started to see a little water in the basement. Ohio State Waterproofing was quick to fix the problem, and the workers were very professional. We were so impressed with the quality of work and the way they stand behind their product! Even after almost 30 years!

Linda P I had Ohio State Waterproofing done in April 2008. It was the best thing I did for my home and my asthma . It has been dry clean and odor free. I also got the E-Z Breathe which also good for the air. I had the sump battery replaced once with no questions or added cost. The worker did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.

My wife and I really like our basement now, before it was wet and milldew now dry,i had an excellant repore with the foreman and crew who performed the job. they also explained every asspect or phse as it went along. i was impressed by the knowledge of all who were here. Thank you and a job well done by the whole crew

Gwendolyn Flakes I recently had my basement waterproofed by Ohio State. The foreman was Adonis Montgomery. I would like to commend both him and his crew on their work performance. They were punctual, dedicated to the job, took care to preserve my outside plants as much as possible and cleaned up debris on a daily basis, were courteous and professional.

Linda C Ohio State Waterproofing has served us well for the past 22 years. We have had a few sump pumps replaced with no problems. Recently they had to dig around one side of the house and reseal the basement wall. We have so far had no moisture problem after their work was done. It has been well worth paying the yearly maintenance fee as they stand behind their work.

I bought my house a few years after the previous owner had it waterproofed by Ohio State. (Most of the other houses we looked at in the neighborhood, had damp basements.) Since there is a lifetime guarantee, I called them a few days after we moved in and set up a (free) appointment where they showed me all the parts to the system and checked to make sure that everything still worked. A few months later the battery backup died and they came, tested the whole system and fixed/replaced two parts that had been broken and updated the system (for free)!!! Love my dry basement!
