I have spent over 20,000 dollars for them to waterproof my house and a who new sump pump system. Well it has been nothing but problems ever since. I have had them come out at least every 6 months to fix an on going issue with their equipment. My basement had flooded at least 5 times now that they have installed their system. I do not recommend them what so ever. They have no after hours service so you are forced to call another company and spend hundreds of dollars on emergency calls. We had Ohio State waterproofing come out a few years ago, shortly after the service we noticed some mold in the corner of our basement. When they came out they only took care of the outside and they wouldn't do anything about the damaged drywall and paneling in the basement, this was our responsibility ??We had this fixed and a couple years later it happened again, they came out and recocked the outer corner of the house and they said they put dirt around the back to build it up, don't know how they did this with a deck in t... read more
