We have a wonderful experience with the *** work and the life time service warranty. A year ago, the team visit us to our request as we notice that a light went off on the pump panel and they check on the whole system and change all the electrical parts of the pump needed to work properly at not cost. Recently we contacted the company by phone and turns out that the actual manager April talk to us with such a professional approach. We can't say enough about Ohio State Waterproofing! When we purchased our home the waterproofing had already been installed. We were pleasantly surprised when we were informed that we had access to a warranty. We promptly called to transfer the warranty and from the moment we called the customer service has been nothing but exceptional! Ohio State Waterproofing did an excellent job for us. The salesman, both C.O.O.s, the foreman and the crew from start to finish were friendly, courteous, professional, and the foreman kept us informed of progress along the way. They covered everything in plastic to make sure it stayed clean, they even cleaned all the walls of concrete dust when they were finished. Growing up in Canfield, Ohio, I’ve had my fair share of crazy weather. No matter how crazy the storm, I always felt safe and protected in our home thanks to Ohio State Waterproofing. I had several small cracks in my basement walls that leaked during a heavy rain. Ohio State Waterproofing was contacted. They responded quickly to my request. Everything was explained to us to make the repairs. Workers could not have been nicer. Work they performed solved our problem. Clean up was better than they found it. Twelve years ago, I decided to get the home I purchased waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. I have the EZ Breeze, 2 sump pumps and a backup battery. My experience with this company has been over and above my expectations. In those 12 years, if I need something, Richard always makes sure to send someone out right away. In the few times I needed someone to come out, the technicians are always polite and explain what happened and what needs to be done. We’re 79 years old and it’s nice to deal with a company you trust and feel comfortable. We had our ez breathe replaced this week. We had one of the original ez breathe systems. We called and set up an appointment and they told us they would arrive between 12 noon and 2:00. At 12 noon they were in my driveway. When coming into my home they put their plastic footies on.
