Ohio State Waterproofing conducted a thorough and completely professional evaluation of my home basement water issue. Even though I had running water in my basement, they honestly told me that my problem was probably with the sump pump and back-up pump and that it could possibly have an easy fix. They even offered to connect me with a plumber if I didn't have my own that specializes in sump pumps. They were very prompt and provided a courtesy job site visit. I would 100% recommend Lee L****** and Ohio State Waterproofing.
I had Ohio state waterproofing out at my house to level a couple concrete pads by my garage due to water damage running under my driveway needless to say they did a great job lifting the pads up as far as the garage would allow great job with the new part of your waterproofing company

OSW did right by us , and I am now a happy customer.I received a reimbursement check today for $900 , half of what I paid for a new sump pump and battery which I purchased in 2014, with a five year warranty. They did not have to do this , but they truly followed the Golden Rule .Thank you OSW!

Our home was waterproofed Before we owned it by Ohio State Waterproofing 30 years ago. We have paid a meager $25 a year to maintain our warranty. Thank you Ohio State Waterproofing for the wonderful job that you did on waterproofing our my house. We have had lots of rainy days and torrential downpours and now I can sit in my home comfortable and dry. The panic I would feel with every thunderstorm was overwhelming Knowing that my beautiful floor would soon be flooded.
