It was a pleasure working with Ohio State Waterproofing. The office staff is very polite and helpful. **** was very knowledgeable and thorough on what was going to be repaired. He even came out a 2nd time to answer some concerns we had. ******** and his crew did the job in a timely manner. The work done was to satisfactory. ******** took time in explaining concerns and answered our question. He was very knowledgeable and he and his crew were polite and respectful.

***** and his crew were very nice to work with. Each morning when ***** showed up to work he took me down to the work area and explained what was going to be done each day. Each day at the end of the day he showed me what was done. He was very professional in explaining everything they did. Very professional. Very clean and organized. Answered any questions. No loud music blaring. No smoking. Recommend them to anyone with a damp moldy basement.
