My husband and I are thrilled with the job that Ohio State Waterproofing completed in our basement! ************ (and their crew!) were a great group of hard workers, polite, professional and patient. Some people dont get the recognition they deserve, and they definitely deserve it. I think that communication in the main office could be better; there was some confusion with paperwork and stuff but as far as the completed job, it looks amazing and thats what matters. Totally happy! The guys were kind and courteous. Made sure we understood everything that was being done and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every aspect. They kept the noise to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves every day a stellar job!Would recommend OSW with no problem.
