I had two appointments for a free estimate. I did not appreciate the sexist comments made by the individuals that came out to complete those estimates. I am an educated woman, with two degrees and a real estate license, I did not appreciate these individuals telling me "you look like a smart woman", while discussing the procedures and financing of the those procedures. They didn't investigate the problem thoroughly before doing work. Therefore, work done that didn't need to be done. It was another problem and water still coming in the house
First I had to call them back 3 times for the work to be done correctly. Then they are asking me to pay $145 every year to receive the warranty on a $10,000 job. They want me to pay this forever to ensure their work. I am very disappointed, as I called to complain pretty much I was told to bad. Also when they water proofed my garage there was a piece under concrete. I am having the concrete removed and they want me to pay for them to complete their work.
Guys were friendly, responsible, reliable, hard working. Looking forward to using our dry basement again!*****

Installation went well. The crew did a great job. Very nice and professional. The error in getting my paperwork done by the sales people was very upsetting and the delay on starting the job was inconvenient.
