We just had basement work finished and the crew was great. We worked with Noah and Steveand everybody was professional and explained everything they were doing. They kept me in the loop and finished before the estimated time which is allowing me to return to work sooner then expected. We'll sleep better knowing our basement should be well protected going forward.
I would like to extend my appreciation to the OSWcrew who completed the project of replacing one of my basement walls which was allowing rainwater to enter which in turn created a much unwanted musty smell. The job was projected to take 5 days which they actually wrapped up in 4. This crew was here early each morning and went right to work. They were able to rebuild this wall from the inside, leaving zero damage to outside shrubs and a side walkway, which I was highly concerned about. Noah and his crew exceeded my expectations. He is a seasoned professional, polite, knowledgeable, patiently addressed all our questions and concerns and industrious. Noah and his team arrived on-time every day worked together as an efficient and effective team and finished the job before we expected. The quality of the job was what stood out the most. Everything was precise. They went above and beyond in every aspect. I can’t stop telling people how impressed I am with their work.

We have a wonderful experience with the *** work and the life time service warranty. A year ago, the team visit us to our request as we notice that a light went off on the pump panel and they check on the whole system and change all the electrical parts of the pump needed to work properly at not cost. Recently we contacted the company by phone and turns out that the actual manager April talk to us with such a professional approach. Ohio State Waterproofing did an excellent job for us. The salesman, both C.O.O.s, the foreman and the crew from start to finish were friendly, courteous, professional, and the foreman kept us informed of progress along the way. They covered everything in plastic to make sure it stayed clean, they even cleaned all the walls of concrete dust when they were finished.
