Everyone on the team is incredibly professional and respectful not only to our home, but also to those in it. Work was done quickly and thoroughly, and cleaned up meticulously. I cant recommend Ohio State Waterproofing enough for all waterproofing needs!
The warranty department was awesome. **** and his crew came out the same day and took care of us immediately! They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied!

The crew was always on time. They called my cell to let me know when they were coming and when they were completing. They were careful not to block my car in the drive to allow me access in and out at my leisure. They kept my floors protected and clean.
