Great company to work with. We had OSW complete a basement waterproofing and they were on time and very polite, ****** team worked very hard the entire time and cleaned up well after job was completed

The Ohio State Waterproofing crew showed up daily when they said they would. All of the workers were very courteous and respectful. They worked well together. They kept me informed daily on the progress. They answered all of my questions concerning the work. When I called the company I always got a call back quickly. Thank you!

I had two appointments for a free estimate. I did not appreciate the sexist comments made by the individuals that came out to complete those estimates. I am an educated woman, with two degrees and a real estate license, I did not appreciate these individuals telling me "you look like a smart woman", while discussing the procedures and financing of the those procedures. They didn't investigate the problem thoroughly before doing work. Therefore, work done that didn't need to be done. It was another problem and water still coming in the house
