This company is amazing. I have ordered from them twice now both times they were very fast and on time with their deliveries but today really stood out to me because I called in early this morning and I let them know that we were low on oil and they said they would have a driver in our area today And two hours after I got off the phone. I had ordered oil delivery and did not receive a delivery and received the run around from customer service on the phone. Will be going through small claims court to have $$$ returned to me as I have proof of transaction.
Doesn’t appreciate their customers. I work from 10-7, placed an appointment 7 days ago and didn’t come out till today, however when I call to see what time today, they said they won’t give me a time as it can vary. I ask for a ballpark range and they wouldn’t provide that either! They don’t care about work schedules and could care less if you have to miss work to get oil. Went to fill two 100 pound tanks. One was partially empty. Figured I would be getting charged by the gallon. No they charged by the tank. Waste of time.
Used them for years with no problem. Called them for an emergency fill up. They told me they would be in my area and could fill my tank the next day for an extra fee. I thanked them and put it out of my mind. I got home the next evening to a cold house and an empty oil tank. They never showed up and never called.
