Been a customer for years never an issue with price matching and great customer service up until this last purchase. Called 11/30 for a delivery and to check if i could use Black Friday promo of 5 cents off per gallon that expires 12.1 Tracey confirmed promo would be good and delivery would be 12/1 or Monday 12/4. Just received an oil delivery and Eric went above and beyond for us! We had an issue with our outside pipe and he went in our basement and filled our tank. Eric displayed outstanding customer service, he was courteous, understanding, polite & friendly as well. Thank you Eric!!
I've been with oil discounters for years but lately other companies are going down and they seem to be going up. Currently 3.7 and 3.8 when others are at 3.5 and 3.6. Plus others don't have a $35 small delivery fee. Might be time to switch.
I used to shop for oil every time I needed a delivery. Oil Discounters consistently beats everybody's prices. To the point where I know I don't have to shop anymore. I just call them up and they take care of it. Fast service, friendly people. A+ all around.
