Oil Discounter has a horrible customer service! They left a 4 unit apartment building without heat over a weekend. We’ve been a return customer to company for years and when it came time to show their best they gave us the middle finger for calling for service after hours on a Friday. Been using Oil Discounters for a while now. Needed a smaller delivery (100 glns) short fill charge increased to $55. Called a competitor was able to get 125 gln for $5 more than the 100 gln + $55 charge. Glad I shopped around !!!!

I live on a long driveway on top of a hill and Oil Discounters has been great about getting oil to me. Their service department, particularly, Justin, has also been terrific.

This company is amazing. I have ordered from them twice now both times they were very fast and on time with their deliveries but today really stood out to me because I called in early this morning and I let them know that we were low on oil and they said they would have a driver in our area today And two hours after I got off the phone. I had ordered oil delivery and did not receive a delivery and received the run around from customer service on the phone. Will be going through small claims court to have $$$ returned to me as I have proof of transaction.
