This periodontic office are the nicest group of people. They made my experience amazing and my anxiety was instantly reduced as soon as I walked in. Dr.Faigan is great and explains things clearly and in ways that I could understand. I would suggest this place to anyone and will be returning for a surgical procedure.
Unfortunately this was a terrible experience right from the get go. When booking the appointment I was told that I would be paying for new xrays. I just had xrays! They said that they received 2 from my dentist. My dentist confirmed that they sent 4 (I called and asked). When asked at my appointment today, Dr. Faigan's receptionist confirmed 4 when confronted.
