Where do I start. Maintenance does not respond to anything unless it’s an emergency. I had issues with water leaks daily for my first 4 months renting . Their solution was to just cover the vent in the ceiling with drywall and allow the water to pool into the ceiling . I have many outlets that are insufficient throughout the rental. Extremely rude and loud neighbors. They pro rate your rent $380 after 9 months! The two bedroom I’m renting is not worth the 1200 as is. Don't bother trying to apply for these apartments. They arent even nice. And it your life isn't perfect you won't get approved no matter how much money you make...smh
Apparently resquesting information can be a waste of time for them! I reached out asking for information, they got back to me and gave me info on rent and deposit. I asked how much was the deposit for pets and she said it depends what kind of pet do you have i told her i have a two dogs and she responds oh no we only accept one dog and next time save yourself some time and dont waste ours tell us up front how many pets you have. If I could give zero stars I would terrible customer service they don’t call back when they say they will the other departments are even worse.For a year I’ve had to call and beg for maintenance fixes due to issues with the apartment.I have been trying to contact the same woman for 3 months and she won’t ever call back.Absolutely ridiculous the worst
