I rented from this storage facility for almost 15 years. All was well until I put my account on auto pay. Big mistake. I moved out of the storage unit cleaned it up ready for the next person and all is well until the auto pay was gone out of my account two days later. I've been dealing with this since beginning of February.. I've called several times to find out what's going on and have been told that they're working on it and they have to get an okay from a higher up to refund my money. Overall a great experience. I had questions and the staff showed me the spaces before I agreed. The staff is kind and professional. Great rates compared to other places and the property is clean and secure. Should I need to rent a space again in the future, I'll definitely be back.
I was extremely happy with the employee’s service. Everything was made easy and understandable. The facility was very clean and organized making my storage easy to find and move my belongings. Great place and when I need storage I will be returning to this location 👍👍👍
This is the first of 2 reviews. The initial setup and startup of my rental went very well and I’m very happy with how it went. Staff is GREAT! I’ll do another review in 6 mos to tell you how the relationship is being maintained.
