I mistakenly paid too much for a procedure because I misread a bill sent to me in a text that I had a hard time seeing. When I pointed out my mistake they refused to refund my money.
I had a surgery scheduled for 11.13.23 according to paperwork they provided me but scheduled in their system for 11.14.23. My husband and I both took the day off. When i arrive the rude lsdy who made the appointment was like hope you didn't come in from out of town. No sorry, just total rudeness!iwscheduled the surgery
