Ordering online is simple and in store pick-up is convenient. The order was ready when we arrived and it was packaged well. Employee was friendly. The steaks are always delicious. We purchased two steak packs and gave one to our neighbor as a thank you gift. They seem extremely pleased with this tasty gift.
We placed an order after seeing an add on TV. We got 4 orders going to 2 addresses and they changed the order around had a big order going as a gift instead of 3 separate coming to our address and the 1 coming to us. By the time we got thru which was only 10 minutes they had the order placed and took our money. We called to have it fixed which they did but it still shows as pending order. We're the recipients of an order of these products from our inlaws. We've sold and grown our own meat on a operating beef farm FOR OVER 50 YEARS and know good BEEF. THE HAMBERGERS WERE TERRIBLE WITH A SMELL LIKE RANCID AND TASTE. WE KNOW WHAT FREEZER BURNT BEEF TASTE AND SMELL LIKE. THE STEAKS LAUGHABLE SMALL AND VERY SANDY TYPE TEXTURE. Bought different items at Omaha store in Amherst N.Y. for the holidays. The quality has gone to hell. The burgers are terrible, better off going to McDonald's. Very disappointed will deal with our local butcher. Stay away if you like quality meats
Stupid expensive. Clerk was rude. Tried calling corporate was pn hold over an hour so just hung up. Not recommended at all. Free shipping was a joke. Store manager useless also.
