BAD STEAK AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered a gift box through a Christmas special the Today Show ran. Tried the filets a few nights ago and they were so tough we couldn't chew them. I threw half of my steak away. Talked to Omaha Steak customer service and they said they couldn't find our order, go talk to the Today Show, is there anything else I can help you with. I literally had $200 worth in the cart ready to order because KRLD radio kept advertising them but something told me to look up the reviews. So glad I did since it seems I saved myself from a headache. Thank you everyone for posting your honest review and will take my business elsewhere.
Really really disappointed in Omaha Steaks. I placed a Father's Day order for pickup at a specific date, at a specific time. My card was charged. I received a confirmation email, and sent my brother to pick up the package. The employee told my brother that she had "no record of the purchase," "no record of payment," and "did not find my order." I called PayPal, the payment did indeed go through. I searched for my order on the Omaha website, it is confirmed, and marked as pending. I am mostly just confused and very frustrated... read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I placed an order on Dec 20th. The rep was very pleasant however gave me incorrect shipping info... stating the THREE orders (2 going to Dallas and 1 to Chicago) would all be delivered on the 21st. I even asked a couple of times. "Are you sure? " She assured me that's what her system showed. So I placed the orders. Almost $400. After paying, I immediately get an email giving a delivery date of December 27th!! Then to make matters worse, I get an email with updated shipping...its now the 29th!! I imme... read more
Love their products! Had them delivered well packed still perfectly frozen and tasted delicious....Can't wait to order some more!
