What a wonderful experience during my first visit to Omaha Steaks! Curtis took care of us, and he was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything, introduced us to the products and current promotions, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the entire visit. A special congratulations to the owner for having such an outstanding representative in the store. Employees like Curtis make all the difference. We will definitely be back!
Absolutely love the place the workers are so helpful gave us a really nice meat package and we were on our way gave us some ice packs very very accommodating will buy from there again we were very very pleased.
Had a most excellent shopping experience. Dan did a great job catering to our tastes and needs. I had not known before this that Omaha Steaks sold seafood, desserts, and seasoning options. Can't wait to go through our meat haul. 🥩
No more Omaha Steaks for me. Omaha switched to these crappy foil insulated boxes for shipping. Yeah, styrofoam is a nasty word these days, BUT IT WORKS! The box got to my door in northern Wisconsin, and the ice was melted and the box was soaked and falling apart. This is in the winter and it is 20 degrees outside. Had this been the summer, even at 80 or 90 degrees, the food would have been spoiled and ready to poison people. After many years of placing online orders, I won't be ordering again.
