Was here last week to get a special Tenderloin Tips that was offered to us via post card. Worked with Chris. Ended up getting the Tips, the Cheesecake Sampler and the Mini Garlic Butter Baguettes, Beef Jerky & Spice Rub. Chris was amazing and super helpful. Didn’t mind me asking a ton of questions and even opening some of the boxes to show me what you would buy. This place has soooooooo many offerings. They are more interested in getting all your information than selling the meat. Went to buy burgers but they want to add me to their system. Then they need to bypass the no info to sell you burgers
Wish I could give ZERO stars. The Omaha Steaks sales lady was too busy with a customer (who appeared to be spending a lot of $$)- to even look up & acknowledge me as I entered the store, let alone smile or say "hi" or "I'll be with you as soon as I finish with this customer" I finally walked out after 10 minutes of being ignored. After being a faithful Boca Raton customer for 20 years I will never return.
Visited the store to redeem some of my reward points. Val was running the store at that time. Val was very professional, cheerful, and helpful. She made mt experience a great one.
So are those Gourmet bone chips in the hot dogs? I can understand one bone chip out of maybe four hot dogs. But they have bone chips in every single hot dog that came in my order is ridiculous!. And I've never seen chicken breast that small in my entire life!. Those are not chickens. Those are babies!. Absolute and total garbage!. You've been warned!. They lie straight face to you!.
