Everything I've gotten there has been amazing so far. I got everybody in my family steaks for Christmas. Everybody has raved about the different cuts they got, as I got ribeyes, filet mignon, and sirloins. On my recent trip, I got some steak burgers and lobster grilled cheese appetizer that I will be making for dinner tonight, so I can't wait!
Ordered a gift package and it didn't have all the food in the box. A week before Christmas and they can't correct their mistake. This was my first and last purchase. I will share this bad experience on all my social media. I made the mistake of not checking their reviews first, I was surprised of all the negative reviews. I had an amazing experience at this place from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by a clean, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff who made me feel comfortable right away. The service was quick, attentive, and professional without ever feeling rushed. The food was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. I first came across Omaha steaks when I would deliver a few times for Roadie, then I decided that the next time I come back I will be making a purchase. All I can say, as a first time buyer I was not disappointed. Thanks to Ms. Tracey she was nice and very helpful and for that I would like to say thank you and for Omaha to have such great deals.
