If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased online two gift packs before the 2025 Christmas holiday. I paid extra for delivery on the 24th. I specifically asked the order taker if my package would arrive on the 24th. I was told "yes". I also asked if Omaha Steaks would let me know if there was an issue - I was told that if there was an issue I would be contacted immediately. The exchange was recorded on their end. Visited for the first time, super clean location and friendly staff. We had a coupon and felt it was good value. They have a HUGE selection of steaks, burgers, chicken, etc. Haven't tried the food yet, but other reviews say its excellent.
Can't speak for the quality of the meat because I always buy them as a gift for someone else, but you can never go in and buy what you want. You can have youre mindset on what you want and tell them what you want but they always try to up sell you to the point I wont go there anymore. Like I dont mind being made aware that there are other deals but when I say what I want stop pushing. Ill order online from elsewhere
A friend and I went to the Allentown store today and I was very disappointed by the attitude we got from Dan. It seemed that he had something better to do and we were an inconvenience. We were not a problem. We gave him our written lists of what we wanted. He seem to have a chip on his shoulder. After my friend’s order was wrong up she mentioned that because she spent a certain amount she should get a free insulated bag per the coupon. Service at the store was fine. Brought 4 ribeyes for a 100$ they cooked like they were fake. Would never recommend their product. I t was horrible, didn’t even eat.
