food is very good your site needs to be more user friendly especially for the older generation who ate not techies we did not grow up with laptops so redue your thinking and make them for us old folks thank you for such a good product

I enjoy the food I buy but... On January 2bd I placed an order which the total was $174.72 and that included the $20.25 promo discount. My problem is that I used a $100.00 Visa gift card for first partial payment and then the remaining $74.72 I used my Mastercard debit card. I look at my bank account today and see that $100.00 was deducted from it. Now I know for a fact that I used the gift card for first and then my debit card for remaining balance. The way the cards were applied to your purchase were reversed, $74.72 was deducted from the Visa so you do still have funds available to use on it. As a courtesy, we have refunded you $50. We do have to issue a check refund since multiple payments were used, and you can expect to receive your check within 7-10 days. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again soon. I have been a customer for years, however I left overseas and I just returned several months ago and I am glad that I did! So that I can enjoy the delicious food that Omaha Steaks provides.

I really don’tbelieve the reviews I am reading ,I have been ordering for a couple years now for my husband and I and I LOVE Omaha steaks, although I do not like the premade meals or frozen burgers the MEAT they sell is tender and packaged nicely and convenient , I have also tried Kansas City steaks and I prefer OMAHA STEAKS because of the quality and price, I do not trust meat from the grocery stores anymore so I can say that I will be continuing buying from Omaha Steaks and I recommend you try them

Omaha Steaks is making my life so easy. This is my fourth or fifth order so far and I have not gotten one thing that I didn’t like..I love the individual desserts and portioned food. So much better then meal plans

Not sure why so many people are having a completely different experience than I am but we absolutely love Omaha Steaks. Every single thing we’ve tried has been delicious. Maybe it has something to do with the way things are prepared? I use a cast iron skillet and YUM. It is pricey, but I live in a very rural area with one small grocery store whose meat is subpar, at best. Driving 2 hours to get groceries is just as expensive as having them delivered to my door so I’m a customer for life! Honestly, if you trust your cooking a... read more

Everything was great except the pork chops. They were so tough we could not eat them.

We have ordered several times without a problem. An order that we sent to someone got held up in shipping causing some food to go bad. Omaha took care of this immediately with a new order. I highly recommend.
