Jan 12 Update - feeble effort with the template reply with suggestion to provide more detail to what is an unmonitored inbox. Both rich and classy and symbolic of the service received from 'store manager' while shopping a few weeks back. I dont have the energy or space to recapture my email, though simple question- if one makes the effort to visit B&M location, why direct me to a website for order and delivery?

Horrible delivery... I ordered a ham for our family Christmas on Dec. 8, says it will arrive Deb. 13. I didn't receive it on the 13 and then they said Dec. 16, still didn't receive it on the 16th. I reached out to them and now they are saying Dec. 30. Thanks for ruining my Christmas meal, cause our get together is Dec. 24th. I do not recommend ordering from Omaha Steaks. P.S. Customer Service is also HORRIBLE......
They scammed my grandfather. He thought he was getting some great steaks for all his children and grandchildren. We got burgers, chicken, and HOT DOGS. I did the math and he spent about $1 per OUNCE! THAT'S $16 PER POUND. Do yourself a favor and if you're even thinking of ordering from Omaha Steaks, go to your local butcher shop and get a better deal on a probably better product.
