Extremely pleased with the customer service. Contacted the store inquiring the Aquaterra 41mm and within a few days it was in stock. Went in to try it on and have it sized. At the Omega boutique, we were introduced to the Hyde Park jewelry store, also owned by the Omega boutique, and my wife ended up buying her wedding 💍. Excellent customer service there as well. Highly recommend.
Here we go. Last year I took my grandfather's heirloom Omega Seamaster watch in to get repaird. They sent it off to Switzerland and they gave me a quote on the cost. At the time I didnt want to spend $1,700 on maintenance costs for this watch so I respectfully declined the service and they sent it back. Fast forward to 2025. I came in to purchase a Seamaster AT as well as get some links taken out of a couple other omega watches in my collection. Giovanny and Jude were incredible to work with. They were both extremely knowledgeable and polite as well as fun to be around. They both made my experience every time I have been in extremely enjoyable and you can tell they truly love what they do. I highly recommend going through them for any of your omega needs.
