Just bought a watch from this OMEGA boutique, and Braeden was who sold it to me. It was a 10/10 buying experience! Braeden and I were in communication for over a month beforehand, and on the big day, he took care of me and helped me feel the specialness of what I was doing. This 1916 Company just earned another faithful customer.
I had a very disappointing experience with this boutique. Unfortunately, the store manager, Paulina Barabasz, demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding watches and did not provide the level of customer service one would expect from a business of this caliber. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue with my Omega Seamaster for quite some time, and despite multiple attempts to resolve it, no meaningful action has been taken. Extremely pleased with the customer service. Contacted the store inquiring the Aquaterra 41mm and within a few days it was in stock. Went in to try it on and have it sized. At the Omega boutique, we were introduced to the Hyde Park jewelry store, also owned by the Omega boutique, and my wife ended up buying her wedding 💍. Excellent customer service there as well. Highly recommend.
My experience today at Omega Denver in Cherry Creek Mall exceeded my expectations on several levels!! I immediately found my sales representative, Jude, to be warm, knowledgeable, and very helpful!! I was also pleased to meet the manager, Paulina! Well done!!!
Highly recommend The 1916 Company at Cherry Creek. I bought an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional and was impressed by the store's wide selection and the team's professionalism. Paulina, the Boutique Manager, and Braeden, the Sales Advisor, provided excellent service throughout. 1916 is definitely the place to go in Denver.
