Extremely pleased with the customer service. Contacted the store inquiring the Aquaterra 41mm and within a few days it was in stock. Went in to try it on and have it sized. At the Omega boutique, we were introduced to the Hyde Park jewelry store, also owned by the Omega boutique, and my wife ended up buying her wedding 💍. Excellent customer service there as well. Highly recommend.
I had a fantastic experience at OMEGA Denver. I worked with Mr. Ryan Chandler, and he provided one of the finest customer experiences I have had at any business. Mr. Chandler was knowledgeable, convivial, and he expressed genuine interest in building a relationship. Mr. Chandler helped me acquire a special OMEGA timepiece that holds deep personal value, and I will forever be filled with gratitude. We had an outstanding experience. I was looking for a Planet Ocean chronograph in titanium. The model wasn’t in store; however, I was able to try on multiple models to get a feel for the piece I wanted and they ordered the exact watch I wanted direct from Omega. Giovanny was a great sales person and Paulina (manger) was amazing and very professional helping out with the purchase! I will be back for my next purchase.
Went in to purchase a Sailing Bracelet. The staff was friendly when I was in the boutique, however they did say once the manager was back in they would reach back out to me about placing my order. It’s been 2-3 weeks now since my visit and I have yet to hear from anyone at the boutique. This isn’t the first time I have come into this shop to spend money, yet wasn’t able to purchase anything. Went in here to purchase a leather strap for my seamaster. Spoke to a male associate to which he just responded nope. I mentioned I saw the straps online, to which he responded yup. So I had to ask do you not carry them in the store and his response was "yup that's why I said nope." He was not willing to give me the time of day or any respect.
