The "vibe" in the office is a positive one - clearly a reflection of the leadership in place. This was my second time and it has been 2 years since my last visit. The first time was at an extremely busy hour while today was the opposite. Most important to share is that on both occasions, the office was efficient, friendly, and my wait time was minimal. Check-in was great. I actually waited approximately 5 minutes today. The first time was a little longer wait but not terrible. The staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Milite was wonderful and so was his colleague. Very happy with Omni.
Nice, clean, up to date building and interior areas, lots of rooms, even more patients! Everyone was very nice, introduced themselves as we met. Dr. was very knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable with her doing these procedures on my eyes(I'm a retired NICU RN, so that should say something positive!). My only problem is that I didn't get to ask questions, and had to call back today to find out if I need a Medical Clearance to have the procedure next Thursday. Went in a while ago to get an opinion on possible ptosis in the eye. Dr. James Milite, told me i was good to go that not to worry about it as it was a quick check. The front desk also told me i was good to go, so they never told me i had a balance until i get a collection letter for Omni Eye Service for over $100 after being told not to worry about it. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to be charged like this after the fact. If you value transparency and good communication, go somewhere else.
