Top notch excellence! Im glad i chose Omni for my cataract surgery. The experience was very very VERY good . Dr Grayson and his associates were the best from the examination, the scheduling, the explanation of the options to the surgery and the care. Its a very busy place but each person there is really good at what they do. Dr Grayson is well known in this field and I was in awe of him and his skill set and experience. The optometrists are also excellent. Its a really great place for eye care.
Dr. James Milite is truly exceptional. My eyelid surgery was a complete success, and I’m thrilled with the results. From the moment I walked into the facility through my final follow-up visit, the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. His years of experience really show. I feel fantastic with my refreshed look—and my vision has improved as well. Thank you, Dr. Milite!
I met Dr Rosetta for LAL LDD. She was very good. She was patient answering all my the questions. She took time to check my eyesight to see what fit me well based on my needs. I wanted to look out the window to see how far and how natural the trial eyesight was. She didn’t rush me but worked it out together with me to decide the vision for LDD. She is the best compared with Dr Moses and Dr Fox for the post op visits. I highly recommend Dr Rosetta.
Only negative is they are not great at getting back to you when you leave a message with a question and it was extremely difficult to reschedule a surgery that I postponed two weeks ahead of the scheduled date But everything else was as great an experience you could ever expect from any medical institution. This was the worst 2 minute experience by Dr George Veliky. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes in the waiting room I was finally brought back by a very nice nurse Carmen. She asked me some questions and I told her that I called my eye doctor to fax over my reports, which was what my eye doctor told me to do before my appt. at Omni. She said my reports weren’t in the system, but I found out after that my eye doctor faxed them a week before my appointment and has a record of doing so.
