Dr. James Milite is truly exceptional. My eyelid surgery was a complete success, and I’m thrilled with the results. From the moment I walked into the facility through my final follow-up visit, the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. His years of experience really show. This was the worst 2 minute experience by Dr George Veliky. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes in the waiting room I was finally brought back by a very nice nurse Carmen. She asked me some questions and I told her that I called my eye doctor to fax over my reports, which was what my eye doctor told me to do before my appt. at Omni. She said my reports weren’t in the system, but I found out after that my eye doctor faxed them a week before my appointment and has a record of doing so. Top notch excellence! Im glad i chose Omni for my cataract surgery. The experience was very very VERY good . Dr Grayson and his associates were the best from the examination, the scheduling, the explanation of the options to the surgery and the care. Its a very busy place but each person there is really good at what they do. Dr Grayson is well known in this field and I was in awe of him and his skill set and experience. The optometrists are also excellent. Its a really great place for eye care.
I had a fantastic experience with Omni Eye Services. They were incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every part of the eye exam, ensuring I understood my eye health. The staff was professional and friendly, making the entire process seamless from check-in to various eye exams. I highly recommend this practice.
My mom loves Dr. Grayson - Which is the only reason we still come back. But respectfully, there has to be a way to streamline your process. Our appointment was at 11:30, and it’s 2:10 now and we are still in here. Our 6th room. My mom who has terrible legs has had to walk back and forth so many times, it’s honestly disrespectful. I get you’re a big office, but someone, somewhere on this massive team of yours has to have some ideas to make this better.
