Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. I’ve been seeing Dr. Velicky since 2018. He always explains everything and makes sure that I am comfortable. Wait time is usually not that bad. Facility is clean and comfortable.
I arrive late to my appointment and they almost didn’t see me until I explained my situation and they understood so that’s why I get a four point star for me. Everybody was courteous and nice. Doctors explained everything clearly so yes, it was a good experience.
The staff was very courteous and nice. I was seen right away. My doctor explained everything to me in a clear manner and answered all my questions. Wonderful place. I trust them with my eye health.
I thought everybody was pretty nice, especially Dr. Bruno who answered all of my questions, no matter how many I asked of her. She was extremely informative. The whole team worked well together. This was my second opinion for cataracts, and this place blew the other place out of the water as far as thoroughness. I am looking forward to my eye surgery in April. :)
I had originally given them 5 stars but due to the fact most days when scheduled for appointment the wait is 2-3 hours not mentioning today (overbook). I had an emergency and was told to be there before 12:30, of not they couldn't see me. Scheduled for noon and arrived at the office at 11:45. It is now 2:21 pm and have not been called. Called 10 mins later now 3:07 pm and still waiting in the room. The staff in the front are not very helpful and sort of get annoyed when you ask a question.
