My procedure went extremely well. Dr. James Milite was professional, & transparent, he & the assistant made my experience comfortable & less fearful. It was completed within 5 minutes I had no swelling or bruising afterwards, The cyst was removed from the left bottom corner of my right eyeliner & I am very happy with the fast healing process. Only negative is they are not great at getting back to you when you leave a message with a question and it was extremely difficult to reschedule a surgery that I postponed two weeks ahead of the scheduled date But everything else was as great an experience you could ever expect from any medical institution. Tried another Dr was very disapointed in his office staff. Called Omni. Was taken care of very professionally everyone from start to finish was professional and patient. Having 2nd eye done on Friday cant wait. Process is painless and over before you know it. Dr Grayson and his staff are exceptional.
I chose the cataract surgery that was covered by my insurance. Before the surgery, Dr. Grayson explained to me that I would still need reading glasses, but that I should not need glasses for distance vision. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed. The surgery on my right eye went very well, and I achieved 20/20 vision. Unfortunately, my experience with my left eye was completely different.
