RecommendedDr. Grayson is an exceptional surgeon. My case was complex due to having had lasik surgery years ago and then recent retina surgery. It took two surgeries in order to get my vision right but he and his staff were relentless. His Optometrist Dr. Lee has a wonderful bedside manner and is very sharp. His staff is well trained and they do everything to put you at ease. Richard, his laser technician is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any questions with compassion.
Omni Eye Services never disappoints with their friendly staff. Knowledgeable Doctors, PA’s and assistants make my appointments stress free with thorough current status update and future plan explanation. I always leave feeling informed and my issues are cared for.
Waiting room was packed when I arrived but I was taken in within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Everyone was professional, efficient and courteous. They saw a lot of patients that morning but I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable. The doctor explained what he was doing and answered my questions. Overall a great experience. I would recommend.
