Everyone there is great. Mia was so helpful with our insurance. Makenzie was kind and patient with us. We didn't have to wait at all for our appointment and we were not rushed through at all. We are very impressed with OncoLogics New Iberia.
Scheduling me appointment was easy. The text reminders were helpful. The staff is friendly and professional. I like my doctor, Dr. Brice Beard. He is easy to understand, thorough in his examination and pleasant.
The staff was pleasant when I arrived and left! The tech performing the test was professional, considerate, and sweet. I don’t think I would have had a better experience anywhere else!!
The entire staff here was very friendly and professional. Had a PET scan done here and was nervous but did fine as the PET Technologist was very patient and kind throughout the procedure. The radiologist writes a detailed report on the scan that's easy to understand and very through. I perfer having my scan done here versus the hospital. My doctor in Lafayette recommends this place as well. They have a great reputation. Highly recommend this place.
My Personal Experience was bet I ever had in a medical field , that I am also included in Medi professional secretaries was great she told he name I forgot Mekenzie My Tech ; words cannot express how great she to me Warm blanket while for meds recline for 30 min I felt like was at spa
