RecommendedGreat place to live!! It has beautiful grounds and amenities, everyone is very nice! Management is very responsive to your needs. Apartment is comfortable, roomy, modern and great storage!

I’m genuinely shocked at how much noise gets through the floors, ceilings, and walls. This is a very new construction, so you’d expect it to have fewer issues than an older apartment, but I think some corners were cut. At a glance, everything is pretty nice, but then you notice the walls and molding forming strange angles, rainwater seeping past the porch’s weather stripping, and the hallway floors all creaking and giving a little bounce to each step.
