I chose this building from out-of-state,, and selected an apartment from their website. It was a risk, but it was truly worth it. The building was top-notch in every way. The staff, the gym, the rooftop pool and hot tub, the incredible views from my 19th floor apartment (with floor to ceiling windows),,-and the many fellow residents I met while living there made One Museum Square a great place to call home. Highly recommend it.

I moved in just over a month ago and it's been a very positive experience so far.... The team were super helpful and accommodating as I relocated from Seattle. The place is always kept clean, you are always seeing cleaning staff around the building. The security team are friendly and professional. Generally, there is a good vibe and most people are friendly. I'm enjoying living there!
Amazing views, state of the art appliances. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Also the gym is better than equinox. Worth every penny best value for the money in the area.
I lived at OMS for 2 years and really enjoyed the beautiful building, friendly staff and amenities. To address some of the other reviews: when the building was initially open to residents, the taps served up extremely hard water which they resolved by installing a professional filtration system. As for the leasing staff, I found them to be friendly, responsive and sent out reminder emails on a quarterly basis because there are new residents and everyone is paying a premium to live in the building-- they should be enforcing e... read more
