Jess is a good dude. Knowledgeable and humble enough to admit he has to check on something if he's not sure. More than willing to answer questions even when he's not at the house. Pays attention to detail, especially taking out wasp nests.
Please for the love of God do NOT use this company. Biggest scam I have ever encounter. Thankfully for outdoor surveillance cameras to help capture these crooks. Claims of showing up for 3+ hours and not showing at all. When they would show up it would be no more then 4-5 mins and claim to be there for 30-60 mins, I have a 3 story house. Long term OPC customer. But I just cancelled my account. Apparently they changed payment systems and somehow my autopay that has been set up for years quit working. I never received a call or anything that didn’t just look like junk mail from OPC about this. I get a call from a collection agency stating I owe OPC this money. I just called OPC directly and took care of it. Had OPC inspect and then treat for evidence of termites. The inspector Isaac was professional and knowledgeable. The tech treating the termite’s Michael Warner was on it from the minute he was here. Michael even found the live termites outside where the area was we saw evidence of them inside. Thank you OPC for a fair price and professional service and peace of mind.
We contacted OPC for the removal of a hornet’s nest that was in the A frame in the front of our house that had grown rather large. We purchased the Precision Sting Service since we had also seen wasps entering through a space between the chimney and the gutter around the back. Jess B arrived and took care of the dangerous nest and even endured getting stung by an angry hornet. He also sprayed the exterior to eliminate the wasps we saw too. Thank you Jess!
