Have had their termite service for years. It keeps going up every year and the service keeps getting less. Instead of 4 visits a year to check the bait stations, they come once a year and they only check a few stations. They don't give you a report and they've never replaced the bait. After 10 years that bait can't be good. They will come once a year to inspect inside your home only if you call them. For 300.00 a year this is a rip off. OPC came to investigate a potential pest problem to satisfy an inspection requirement for us selling our home. They didn’t find any evidence of a problem. We have been trying to get an email or some evidence that they’ve been out for over a week now with no success. We call each day and keep getting the same answer that they’ll send it or have to speak with someone else internally but nothing is ever sent.
Terrible customer service!
