The technician was on time and very quick. The nest was out of the tree within 20 minutes and he explained every step. If facing another pest problem, they will be the 1st call I make!
OPC pest control has horrible customer service!!! I have called twice, today & yesterday, only to get an answering service regarding a request to have the technician come and spray the exterior again. I was not home at the time so I have no idea if he did a complete and thorough job on the exterior. He sprayed on Friday, June 20th and as of yesterday, July 2nd, my entire kitchen has been invaded by tiny sugar ants!!! They are on the kitchen table and everywhere!!! I had a preventative ant, spider, bettle, etc. spray service done. Cameron was my technician and he was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. But overall, I was well pleased with the Service and with Adrienne whom I spoke with on the phone. Now we await the results!
They are always prompt and courteous when arriving, and even call ahead. I have an issue with their termite control. The last several times they’ve been at my home I’ve requested they check those traps, having noticed some are broken and at least two are no longer buried and are sitting on top of the ground. Each time, after they leave, I’ve checked to find nothing has been done to address the issues, and it is obvious the traps still in place have not been touched.
We recently purchased new property in Louisville and were familiar with OPC. Dakota our technician was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. This was our first visit so Dakota took the time to explain our annual program and what we needed to do if we ever have pest issues. He thoroughly treated our entire home, both inside and outside.
