My husband was referred by the emergency department to this office. The front office staff were very nice, Kevin- the assistant was patient, knowledgeable, very polite and professional. The doctor was very good with very steady hands when he had to remove a foreign object. I would highly recommend this place. We visited them in the first part of the year and I didn’t get to write this so before I forget again, I wanted to let everyone know that we had a very pleasant experience here.
My mom had an eye appointment and she was treated well by Dr. Tang and the staff assistant Josh. They were very courteous, friendly, patient and kind. They answered any questions and concerns that I had. Our overalll experience with Optic Eye Care in Monterey Park was great! I am very thankful and pleased with the care that my mom received.
There was a long wait but it was worth it to see Dr George Zhang who explained my lattice degeneration condition and answered all my questions. I’m glad i got a second opinion on lattice degeneration bc the last ophthalologist i went to said i needed laser treatment immediately but Dr George gave me a more conservative second opinion. So thankful! There was a younger male assistant part of the medical staff who was very kind, warm, and made me feel very at ease I’d recomend coming rly early if possible
He was my second opinion Dr. and I loved his offices and his staff. Their offices are very clean and Everyone was so nice, very professional and very attentive. Dr Zhang has a great bed side manner and very informative. I wasn’t just a number $$ I was a patient and they made me feel cared for. You want to feel comfortable with a professional that’s going to do surgery on you and I was. I would give them a 10!
It's first time for my 93 years old mother to have her eyes examined here. Everyone in the office is working very attentively! They are treating the patients with great respects! We saw a lady patient making a lot stupid noises, very rude toward the office personnel! Yet, they treated her very patiently... The doctor is really nice too! She examined my mother's eyes closely, and later explained to her very patiently! What a nice professional doctor! What excellent customer service we got! Thank you very much!
