The staff at Optim Health Clinic in Dublin with Dr. Mike are very friendly and curtesy. Once a patient it is very easy to make an appointment. Follow-up phone calls after a procedure done with care.
The facility was nice and clean and all staff was courteous, respectful, and kind! Dr. Hanson and the PA came in and greeted me and my child with such enthusiasm that made us feel welcomed! They were very attentive in listening to my child’s needs and addressing the issues in a way that was easily understood!
Everything was fine. The office was big and clean. The staff was friendly. The nurse was friendly and professional. However, I had to wait about an hour to be seen. The Dr did apologize for the wait saying they were really busy. I appreciated that he did at least acknowledged that.
My appointment with the orthopedic doctor, a couple of weeks ago was okay. He referred me to his pain management doctor Michael Appeadu.. I haven't called consistently but when I called a couple of weeks ago for an appointment approximately 4:00 p.m. it ringed constantly. Voicemail finally picked up, but a recording stated it was full and you couldn't leave a message. Today I looked online and it said 45 minutes so I assumed it meant they would close in 45 minutes. This was my first visit with Dr. Hanson, and was so impressed! It went in for hip and shoulder pain that I had been experiencing for 3 months. He gave me an injection for both issues. The next day my pain was much better! I will return to Dr. Hanson-best bed side manner and listen and spent time with me.
