I am writing to express my frustration with the care I have received so far, as my experience has been extremely disappointing. It has been weeks of calling back and forth in an attempt to move forward with my care while continuing to be in significant pain. The staff is always courteous/patient with me. Dr. Mike takes his time to access what was going on so WE can plan the next best step!

The staff at Optim Health Clinic in Dublin with Dr. Mike are very friendly and curtesy. Once a patient it is very easy to make an appointment. Follow-up phone calls after a procedure done with care.
Everything was fine. The office was big and clean. The staff was friendly. The nurse was friendly and professional. My appointment was at 9:45 and I was out before 10:15. I was very pleased with that.
