I am writing to express my frustration with the care I have received so far, as my experience has been extremely disappointing. It has been weeks of calling back and forth in an attempt to move forward with my care while continuing to be in significant pain. At my initial appointment, I waited over two hours in the lobby only to be seen for less than a minute. No treatment was provided; I was simply told that someone would contact me to schedule an MRI. The staff at Optim Health Clinic in Dublin with Dr. Mike are very friendly and curtesy. Once a patient it is very easy to make an appointment. Follow-up phone calls after a procedure done with care.
The facility was nice and clean and all staff was courteous, respectful, and kind! Dr. Hanson and the PA came in and greeted me and my child with such enthusiasm that made us feel welcomed! They were very attentive in listening to my child’s needs and addressing the issues in a way that was easily understood!
Dr. Patrick Hanson & staff are professional and courteous! I highly recommend my Doctor! He is awesome!!
Everything was fine. The office was big and clean. The staff was friendly. The nurse was friendly and professional. However, I had to wait about an hour to be seen. The Dr did apologize for the wait saying they were really busy. I appreciated that he did at least acknowledged that.
