I have been a patient with Optim Health System in both Hinesville and Savannah since 2023 and have consistently had positive experiences with their physicians, nurses, technicians, and office staff. The physicians I have seen have always been professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive during my appointments. They take the time to clearly explain treatment options and make sure patients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. Took 14 days for the Dr to simply submit an order. Delaying care due to administrative failures. When I called the excuse was so busy and the nurse has been out. Not my problem. I’m sitting in pain. Now I have to wait for the prior authorization.
I love the staff here. Always so caring and patient. Dr N is amazing with a true understanding of what’s needed to care for issue.
My husband had surgery with Dr. Neighmeir and continues to be in pain. When you call the number all it does is ring over and over. My husband can’t even return to work. We have three children to support and this has been an awful experience from start to finish. Also when calling a machine comes on saying the office closed right now
Great customer service, and put me at ease about my concerns. Great bedside manner and really listens to your concerns. Dr Niederwanger and his nurses are true gems.
