Dr. Niederwanger is a great doctor he is attentive, thorough and kind. Let’s not forget knowledgeable. The Front Desk is helpful and the nurse is helpful. I’ll recommend Optim Medical Center.
So far, I have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone is kind and friendly. They didn’t mess around with what I needed. Dr Cook is kind and he went out of his way to not just fix what we knew we needed to fix but he took care of other issues as well. I still need another surgery elsewhere but there is absolutely nowhere else that I want to go. I am very grateful that I was sent a referral to these guys.
I canceled my procedure because I had questions after I did some research. My provider, Dr. Neidermanger, I hope I spelled it right, was so gracious and compassionate. He asked what had happened since he last saw me. No sensure. Dr. N very patiently answered my questions, addressed my concerns, accepted my apologies, and explained everything again.
