This was my first appointment with Dr Cook. He was just great!! He was thorough, he listened to what I had to say. He helped me get immediate temporary relief from my pain and I will return for a followup appointment in 3 weeks!

Always a friendly caring patient care environment. They identify who you are, who are seeing, and what your visit is for. Healthcare providers are at their best at Optim Medicsl Center. Love what you have done to the patient awaiting area. Calming atmosphere.
So far, I have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone is kind and friendly. They didn’t mess around with what I needed. Dr Cook is kind and he went out of his way to not just fix what we knew we needed to fix but he took care of other issues as well. I still need another surgery elsewhere but there is absolutely nowhere else that I want to go. I am very grateful that I was sent a referral to these guys.
